BUNGE TODAY: BARINGO NORTH MP Joseph Makilap proposes that teachers serving in administrative roles on an acting capacity be granted full privileges of substantive office holders such as principals, deputy principals, and senior teachers. Speaking in before the floor of the house on Wednesday, the legislator who previously served as a Teachers' Union official, further called for the proposal to be anchored in law, and advocated for the provision of aides — fully employed by the Teachers Service
