Evicted: The Unexpected Knock on the Door

Stop releasing employees who are helpful enough to give you notice! You are showing people that you don’t care enough about them to honor their time and so they will not honor yours in return. To companies, if you don’t honor a notice period, don’t ever expect to get two weeks notice in return.
