I think people think goals or intentions need to be these big, grandiose ideas of achievement. And sure, we need intentional direction on where we would like to go in life (with the ability to be open to opportunities that we don’t anticipate), but really the majority of the shifts and changes happen n in the micro. We are all so busy and stretched to absolute capacity AND we need to look at the choices we are making consistently. We all deserve to make choices that are good for our physical and mental health and yes, sometimes that requires a massive logistical lift but sometimes it just means not doing what we’ve always done and making a difference choice.
