1️⃣HYDRATION-lack of water during labor can cause dehydrated contractions which are way more painful than hydrated contractions. DRINK WATER!!💦 2️⃣BREATHING-baby still needs oxygen during labor so breathing is important!! It is also great for focus and remaining calm. Inhale down and out, exhale let it come back up naturally. 3️⃣MOVEMENT-moving your hips through contractions takes the edge off of them. It is also great to help surrender to them, help wiggle baby down and remain in control. Move
