Jun 11, 2013 · As for the issue with the Clip Art inserted not showing, you may check if the option ‘Show picture placeholders’ is enabled in the Word options. To do that, go to File, Options. In the Word Options window, click on the Advanced tab. Under Show document content click to uncheck Show picture placeholders and then click on OK. Thank you

In the past when I have downloaded clipart, clicked on clip art organizer in the clip art pane, and have gone to the Downloaded Clips folder in the gallery I can find the clip art pictures I had just downloaded. Then I can edit the keywords if I want.
