The Medina County Fair is an annual fair focused on agriculture, youth, animals and art. With nightly grandstand shows, free entertainment, carnival rides, games and delicious food, the Medina County Fair is one of the best summertime family events in northeast Ohio.

Jan 23, 2025 · The 2024 Annual State Report for the Medina County Fair was approved by the Board of Directors on December 30, 2024. A copy is on file in the Fair Office, it is available to view during operating hours.

A Medina County Fair King and Queen will be crowned during this event in the pavilion. Applications are on the fair website and the winning queen will represent the Medina County Fair at the Ohio Fair Manager's Convention in January.
