It’s not permanent. Stop wearing your band so tight or stop wearing a watch on that arm for a while.

This will allow you to 1) strap the watch above the wrist bone and keep it there so it doesn't slide up and down; and 2) lifts the watch slightly above the wrist bone so you can bend the wrist and the watch case won't rub up against your wrist bone, causing irritation and pain.
