As long as it's Caitlyn's job to protect politicians from the consequences of their actions, of disenfranchising the poor and building dangerous technology to gain ludicrous amounts of wealth, then Caitlyn will always be on the wrong side of history.

Nov 24, 2024 · When Caitlyn broke her out of Stillwater, Vi led Caitlyn around the undercity, and that grew into them being a team; equals; a partnership. With the special force team and Caitlyn being command, I don't think Vi is comfortable with taking orders from her.

If Caitlyn shoots to kill, Vi might take the bullet for Jinx or push her out of the way. If she escapes, both women will feel betrayed by the other. This triggers Vi's depressive spiral in Act 2 that was confirmed by people who attended Annecy 2024.

Caitlyn is looking up in shock and horror at the chemtanks smashing through the window of the Kiramman tent. People expect Caitlyn and Piltover to jump into anger and retaliation, but that isn't what happens.
