The former trustees of Prince Harry's African charity Sentebale have told PEOPLE in a statement that they are 'gravely concerned' about the future of the organization following the findings of a probe into the charity going public.

The Charity Commission investigated Sentebale after founders Harry and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho dramatically quit as its patron follwoing a bitter dispute with the charity's chairwoman
