The new BBC documentary Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home features footage from the final three years of his life, up to and including his farewell concert on July 5. The documentary was first announced in 2022 as Home to Roost and was conceived as a three-part series, but became a one-hour special as Osbourne's health deteriorated over the years.

The film is a candid and moving portrait of Birmingham’s favourite son and of the family that adore and support him through his last performance and the final chapter of his life.

One of the final professional photos of Ozzy and Sharon together has been released by the BBC. Days before the documentary Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home is set to debut on BBC One, a photo of the Black Sabbath legend and his wife posing with their dogs was released by the British outlet.
