Justin Fisher is seeking a pause on mental health grounds of his Napa County trial on a bomb-making charge, the second such prosecution against him in six years.

Justin Fisher, 31, was taken into custody about 7 a.m. at a home in the 300 block of Coombs Street, south of downtown, according to the Napa County Sheriff’s Office.

Justin Chapman Fisher, a 31-year-old Santa Rosa resident, entered a not-guilty plea Tuesday to one count of possessing materials with intent to make an explosive device.
