Chicagoans and suburbanites could see damaging storms pass through the area once again Monday night, bringing strong winds, lightning, and flood-causing rain.

7:45 P.M. - Significant flash flooding possible in North Central LaSalle. A Flash Flood Warning is in effect until 10:45 p.m. Thunderstorms are producing rain rates of 2" per hour. This area has already received 3" of rain and an additional 1-2" is possible.
