Aircraft carrier now in Caribbean, says US military
A US aircraft carrier is now in the Caribbean Sea to bolster an anti-narcotics campaign, the military announced Sunday — a move sure to anger Venezuela — as US forces struck another alleged drug boat in the eastern Pacific.
The United States military carried out a 21st strike against a suspected drug trafficking boat in the eastern Pacific Ocean on Saturday, killing at least three people, the US Southern Command announced on Sunday, Reuters reported.
