ROWLETT, Texas — The City of Rowlett is once again telling residents near Liberty Grove Road and Chiesa Road to avoid flushing toilets and more after a sewer main collapse Thursday evening.

The new business park on Merritt and Liberty Grove roads will include more than 1.8 million square feet of construction in Rowlett’s North Shore district.
