The Point Reyes Hostel will be under new management for the first time in 51 years after the National Park Service opted not to renew its contract with its longtime nonprofit operator.

At Point Reyes National Seashore, visitors can see a wide variety of habitats, including elk, cattle on working ranches, birds, an occasional wild cat, wildflowers, jagged cliffs and forests.
