Russell Wilson could be headed for a reunion with Pete Carroll. After Carroll reportedly agreed to become the next head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders

Over the past few hours, the Raiders ended their searches for a general manager and head coach. Reports have John Spytek signing a five-year deal to become the next GM and Pete Carroll signing a three-year deal to become the next head coach.

Wilson and Carroll—of course—spent 10 seasons together with the Seattle Seahawks from 2012 to '21, winning four NFC West titles, two NFC championships and Super Bowl XLVIII. There was reportedly some tension between the two down the stretch, and the QB was eventually traded to the Denver Broncos in 2022.
