Following a 10-day jury trial in October, an Orange County jury convicted Sarah Boone, 47, of second-degree murder in the killing of her boyfriend Jorge Torres Jr., 42.

Sarah Boone, 47, learned her fate in an Orlando courtroom on Monday, Dec. 2, more than a month after she was found guilty of second-degree murder in the death of Jorge Torres, Jr., 42.

A jury deliberated only 90 minutes on Oct. 25 before convicting Boone of the second-degree murder of Jorge Torres after a 10-day trial.
