OAKLAND — A two-alarm fire Wednesday night heavily damaged a vacant three-story apartment building in Chinatown, officials said.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Fire crews are on the scene of a second-alarm fire in Sacramento Saturday evening. Crews were dispatched to the 7400 block of Henrietta Drive around 5:45 p.m.
