The draw for the next rounds of the Europa League takes place at 1pm CET (12pm GMT) on Friday, 21 February at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland. The draw will follow the conclusion of the Champions League last-16 draw, which begins at around 11am GMT.

In the Europa League, Manchester United and Tottenham will face one of AZ Alkmaar, Midtjylland, Real Sociedad or Galatasaray in the round of 16. AZ Alkmaar look very likely to progress, leading Galatasaray 4-1, while Sociedad lead Midtjylland 2-1. The structure of the draw means Spurs and United cannot meet until the final.

Manchester United, Tottenham and Rangers will learn their Europa League fate this week in the round of 16 draw. The trio safely navigated their way through the first phase of the competition, earning automatic qualification for the knockout phase to swerve the play-offs which will conclude this week.
