A man is facing multiple charges after police say he disguised himself as a woman to secretly record women inside gym locker rooms across Montgomery County, Maryland.
A Takoma Park man has been arrested for recording women inside gym bathrooms.
Robert Brockington, 50, of District Heights, was arrested last week in Washington on nearly 140 warrants for allegedly stealing from gyms across the region.
