A “technical issue” of a third-party vendor that Capital One uses is affecting some of the bank’s customers to access deposits and other services.

Some Capital One users were still waiting to receive deposits and payments on Friday morning after the company experienced a processing disruption.

Thousands of users have reported their problems on outage monitoring website Downdetector. According to CNN, when you open the Capital One app, you're faced with a message saying it's "currently experiencing technical issues" and that it’s "working to fix the problem as quickly as possible."

Tens of thousands of Capitol One customers are missing their direct deposits in what the company is calling an issue with a third-party vendor.

(Gray News) - Capital One users are reporting problems getting money from their accounts during a reported outage. Capital One users opening their banking apps Thursday and Friday were greeted with a message from Capital One reporting “technical issues” and an inability to make payments or deposits.

Capital One has information customers of a "technical issue" that has delayed direct deposits, payments and transfers.

In an email to customers seen by International Business Times, Capital One acknowledged that its issues began on Wednesday and the disruption impacting the processing of some deposits, payments and transfers.
