A Yonkers man was in the parking lot of Colonie Town Hall in an altercation with another person after police were called about an annoying vehicle in the area.
A 41-year-old Delmar man was charged Tuesday, Sept. 2, with assault, resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration, all misdemeanors, police said.
