Tony Buzbee sues NFL claiming that league interfered in McNair family dispute over Texans ownership
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee has sued the NFL in New York Supreme Court, claiming the league conspired to remove Cary McNair from the Texans' family ownership group.
Andrews ignored him and shifted left to block James Lynch, giving Simmons a free look at Stroud. Andrews was one of four Titans players including tight end Harrison Bryant to block Lynch. Tight end Dalton Schultz, meanwhile, didn't block anyone as Simmons ran free into the backfield.
Buzbee's memo alleged the NFL removed Cary from the Texans and other McNair family interests in part because, amid the sexual assault scandal of former Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson, McNair was "repeatedly silenced," regarding his concerns over the Texans' culpability.
Nick Chubb made some notable history during the Houston Texans' Week 4 matchup vs. the Tennessee Titans. After eclipsing 16 yards in the middle of the first half vs. the Titans, Chubb has now become the sixth-active running back to log over 7,000 career rushing yards, and just the 71st in NFL history to accomplish that feat.
Rookie running back Woody Marks shows he may be in line for a bigger role after a big game against the Titans.
