NEW YORK – Red Sox top prospect Jhostynxon Garcia, also known as ‘The Password’ is en route to New York to join the big-league club at Yankee Stadium. The Red Sox are placing Gold Glove right-fielder Wilyer Abreu on the injured list, the Herald confirmed.

Garcia, who ranks as the No. 78 prospect in baseball, will get on a flight to New York City around 4 p.m. ET in hopes of joining the Red Sox for their 7:15 p.m. ET first pitch at Yankee Stadium.
