The charges were issued as Sgt. Quornelius Radford made his first appearance Tuesday in a military courtroom at Fort Stewart.

One of the victims in the Aug. 6 shooting at Fort Stewart, Georgia, was an "intimate partner" of the defendant, Sgt. Quornelius Radford.

The Army Office of Special Trial Counsel listed charges against Sgt. Quornelius Radford on Tuesday in a pre-trial confinement review following last week’s shooting.
