Everton’s Premier League mini-revival continued on Saturday as they comfortably beat a ragged Ipswich Town 2-0 away to make it four games in a row unbeaten, with the toothless hosts never looking likely to claim their first victory of the season.

Everton extended their unbeaten run to four Premier League matches with a 2-0 victory against winless Ipswich at Portman Road. Iliman Ndiaye gave the Toffees an early lead when he capitalised on some sloppy Ipswich defending to fire home from close range for his third goal of the season.

Winless Ipswich host fellow strugglers Everton today, hoping to claim a victory that would see them leapfrog their opponents who find themselves in 16th position in the EPL.   The Tractor Boys will be out to make amends after they suffered a heavy 4-1 defeat away at West Ham last time out in a match which saw Kieran McKenna's side commit a succession of defensive errors.
