Windy and dry conditions have made it tough for firefighters to extinguish flames, which have now burned an area that's larger than the city of Minneapolis.

State and local fire teams have been leading the battle against the Camp House and Jenkins Creek fires since they broke out on Sunday and Monday respectively. Jenkins Creek fire in the distance. Camp House fire in the forefront.

The National Weather Service says high temperatures and low dewpoints will continue on Wednesday and create an environment favorable for the growth of the current fires and any others that might form.
