Lopez and Affleck bought the home in May of 2023, less than a year after tying the knot. The “Jenny From the Block” singer and the “Fargo” star paid $60.85 million for the 5-acre property, which resides in the gated Beverly Hills community of Wallingford Estates.

In the meantime, Affleck and Lopez are still paying for the mansion, which is no doubt another stressor as the uncouple from each other. Although Affleck reportedly knows that he's going to have a continued relationship with his ex regardless of the house's sale.
