RALEIGH – North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey announced Wednesday that Damain Rayshawn Cummings, 30, of Chamblee Road, Zebulon, was charged with 21 insurance-related crimes.

Zebulon residents started a petition that calls on half of the board of commissioners to resign following the resignation of two town leaders days earlier.
