The U.S. Justice Department is suing six more states, saying the states refused to turn over their voter registration lists.

A lawsuit filed Thursday by the DOJ's Civil Rights Division claims Secretary of State Steve Simon violated U.S. law when his office twice declined to provide a copy of Minnesota's registered voters.
