Curry believes a stretch of games will determine whether Golden State can salvage what has been a frustrating season so far.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr discussed the team’s approach at the trade deadline and, much like Stephen Curry, focused on improving the team without sacrificing its core. Kerr revealed that the move must address the Warriors’ immediate needs while keeping the team’s future in mind, per ESPN’s Ohm Youngmisuk.

Although the Warriors fill trade rumors with their mentions, they haven't fired on a move involving star players. When Warriors general manager Mike Dunleavy Jr. traded for Dennis Schroder, the Warriors received a second-round pick in addition from the veteran point guard.
