Draft eligible players catch a lot of grief for being (gasp) over 22 years of age. Meanwhile players 21 and under are celebrated as prospects ("all this and he's still just 21 years old!").

GM John Spytek and coach Pete Carroll are hoping to continue last year's trend and hit on some high-end starters in this year's draft.

After the draft the Raiders were left with several woefully thin positions. Lucky for them there are some good free agent options still out there.
