Instead of a four-color G logo, Google is starting to introduce a new rainbow gradient look, beginning with its iOS and Android apps.

In some instances, Google's capital G logo now sports a gradient softening the transitions between four colorful sections. But that's the only branding the company seems to have changed.

Google’s new logo keeps the same letterform, as well as the bright red-yellow-green-blue color sequence, but now those colors blur into each other. The new “G” is Google’s biggest update to its visual identity since retiring serfs for its current sans-serif font, Product Sans, in 2015.
