The U.S. Army has suspended a Wisconsin training base's first female commander after discovering a portrait of President Donald Trump had been flipped to face a wall.

A County sheriff's deputy who was seen on camera shoving a woman to the ground outside the jail was recently terminated from his position, authorities said Thursday.
