HAMILTON, Ohio (WKRC) — A TikToker went viral after she allegedly received marijuana in her child's order after visiting a Burger King in Greater Cincinnati. TikToker Janna Michelle posted a video Sunday, during which she claims her daughter's order of chicken fries came with a very unexpected surprise.
Hamilton police said that while no formal reports were made to the department, its officers are actively investigating.
Recreational marijuana became legal in Ohio just over a year ago, in December 2023, with sales launching at local dispensaries in August 2024.
