Three Palestinians accused of “collaborating” with Israel were executed  by masked Hamas terrorists in front of a cheering crowd in Gaza on Sunday.

Hamas is a terrorist organization committed to Israel’s destruction. But some of its foremost victims aren’t Israeli Jews — they’re Arab.

The latest strikes came as Israeli troops were operating in parts of Gaza City with plans to take over all of it. The most populous Palestinian city is home to around a million people, many of whom have already been displaced multiple times.

The United Nations General Assembly voted to back a Palestinian government without Hamas as part of a compromise. Israel and the United States voted against it.

What we want is one unified state without weapons, a state with one law and one legitimate security forces,” Mahmoud Abbas said.

Italy will recognise a Palestinian state only if all Israeli hostages are released and the Hamas militant group is excluded from any government role, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said on Tuesday.

But the administration is not yet matching that rhetoric with action, seemingly freeing allies to deliver a symbolic rebuke of Israel without risk of punishment from the United States. Top officials in both the United Kingdom and Canada told POLITICO there was scant private pushback from the Trump administration on those countries for embracing Palestinian statehood.
