Despite the win over their divisional opponent, the Colts saw very little movement in the Week 17 ESPN NFL power rankings. Indy goes from 22nd a week ago to 21st this week by jumping ahead of the San Francisco 49ers (6-9). The Colts remain the lowest of five 7-8 teams in the power rankings.
Following a loss in Week 15 to the Denver Broncos, the Colts will return home to Lucas Oil Stadium in Week 16 to face the Tennessee Titans. Even after Sunday’s loss in Denver, the Colts’ playoff hopes were still alive; however, they would take another hit during Thursday Night Football with the LA Chargers win over those same Broncos.
