Hollywood heavyweight Sydney Sweeney has announced that she will star in a sports biopic depicting former world champion boxer Christy Martin. Martin became the first woman to be inducted into the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame in 2016, before being elected to the International Boxing Hall of Fame four years later.

The biopic—which doesn't have a title just yet—will be directed by David Michôd and star Ben Foster, Merritt Wever, and Katy O'Brian alongside Sydney. As the star herself shows, Sydney has undergone a dramatic transformation, switching out her trademark long blonde locks for a curly brunette pony, complete with a fringe.
