TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — We're breaking down the cost for school districts if they'll be required to pay for students' lunches. This comes after State Superintendent Ryan Walters announced he's making districts be responsible for eating the cost of meals in their budget. It was the announcement heard across the state.

Tulsa Public Schools said it already provides free meals to all students. Broken Arrow and Bixby schools said the requirement would cost millions of dollars more than what is available in their annual budgets.
