Anthony Richardson lost the Colts' quarterback competition but he will not get any more preseason snaps in 2025.

The Colts confirmed this week that free-agency signing Daniel Jones will be their Week 1 starting quarterback over Richardson.

Injuries limited Richardson to just four games as a rookie in 2023. He played 11 games last season, briefly losing his starting job to veteran Joe Flacco, and finished with a woeful 47.7 completion percentage for eight touchdowns and 12 interceptions.
