Catherine Zeta-Jones doesn’t consider owning four homes “excessive.” The actress, 55, spoke to the Sunday Times, which noted that she and her husband, Michael Douglas, own four properties — two homes in New York, one in Canada and one in Spain.

For those who don’t know, the pair met back at the Deauville American Film Festival held in France in Aug 1998, after being introduced to one another by Danny DeVito. Zeta-Jones and Douglas married two years later in Nov 2000, and welcomed two children named Dylan, born in Aug 2000, and Carys, born in April 2003.
