As of Bad Sisters’ Season 2 finale date, Apple TV+ had yet to officially renew or cancel the series for a third season, but judging by creator and star Sharon Horgan’s comments, there’s reason to believe that this is where the story ends.

Apple TV's black comedy Bad Sisters wrapped up its Season 2 with a finale episode on December 23, 2024, which, according to creator Sharon Horgan, felt like an 'ending' to the series.

Though the beginning of Season 2 of Bad Sisters might have had viewers convinced that another dead body would be disposed of by the final episode, such was not the case this time around.

That idea, as the final episodes of the second season reveal, revolved around Ian Reilly (Owen McDonnell), Grace’s ex-husband, and the idea that while Grace (Anne-Marie Duff) got some happiness after killing her cruel first husband, she couldn’t escape her own tragic cycle.
