Download the Windows Media Creation Tool to create a 64-bit Win 10 installation flash drive. Shut down your computer, plug in the flash drive, and follow the Windows setup prompts.

Windows 11 comes with only 64-bit and cannot support 16-bit. The only versions that support 16-bit are some Windows 32-bit versions.

To add Windows Operating System to VirtualBox, first, download Windows 11 or Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft’s official website. Once done, open the VirtualBox app, and click on New.

Unsupported or not, Windows 11 would run on pretty much any 64-bit PC that could boot Windows 10 —we've run it on PCs as old as a Windows XP-era Core 2 Duo desktop.
