Tensions are rising in ritzy Newport Beach, California. The conflict? A proposed wave pool, which would take over a portion of an existing golf course.

Some exciting additions have been announced for Mercer County, one of which is a new wave pool planned for the Princeton area. The project has been pushed in hopes of enhancing recreation in the area.

Splash in the Boro, Statesboro’s water park and aquatic center, has temporarily closed its wave pool.
