The 2024 Ford F-150 rethinks the pickup truck with a clever new tailgate design that's sure to become a big hit.

Ford touts this as its most aerodynamic F-150 yet, a claim aided by an all-new cab and tailgate design as well as some active aerodynamics trickery.

Ford studied that, found room for improvement (and/or ways around patent protection), and is now rolling out its Pro Access Tailgate on the 2024 Ford F-150 update.
