Around 700 people are expected to participate in the 11th annual Tri-Cities 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb on Sept. 6.

He was born in Toppenish and lived in the Tri-Cities for 49 years. He was a retired teacher at Highlands Middle School. Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
