Sturgeon & residents on the move as Shiocton prepare for more flooding
SHIOCTON, Wis. (WFRV) – A day filled with filling sandbags, helping neighbors and seeing the sturgeon out of the Wolf River.
Sturgeon are spawning but viewing opportunities are limited because water levels are too dangerous, according to the DNR.
Volunteers are needed to watch over this vulnerable fish population and report suspicious activity to the DNR.
