There are few holiday attractions cooler than an ice-skating show, and Snoopy’s Home Ice is bringing back its popular free outdoor performances for the third year in a row.

A huge rug with a mural showing Snoopy hiking and skating covers the wall along the ramp leading to the gallery. Downstairs, Peanuts fans can buy Snoopy hats, banks and snow-cone machines.

Charles Schulz, originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, missed the ice. With the explosive success of “Peanuts” in the 1960s, he built a full-sized skating rink.
