Disney has revealed that the cost of making its Marvel Studios spy drama Secret Invasion surged to a staggering $224.3m after it shelled out $37.5m on post-production.

Secret Invasion might have been a letdown, but fans should check out Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 4, if they want a more faithful take.
