It's based off 2025 records, but the New Orleans Saints have the NFL's second-easiest strength of schedule in 2026. They could turn around in a hurry.

Strength of schedule is always an interesting factor to consider when projecting future win totals, and for the Saints, it seems they could have a chance to improve on this season. Obviously, the offseason has not yet begun, so we do not know which teams got better or even what moves the Saints will make.

The remaining three games are dependent on each team’s finish. Because they finished fourth, the Saints will face the fourth-place finishers from the NFC West (Arizona Cardinals), the NFC East (New York Giants) and the AFC West (Las Vegas Raiders).

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are slowly getting healthier as they look to finish the season strong after a rough patch over the past couple of weeks. In Week 13, they defeated the Arizona Cardinals to improve to 7-5 as they stay atop the NFC South. Next up for them is the New Orleans Saints for the second time this year.
